Boston Baseball Academy attempts to keep our inventory stocked for immediate shipments. We will attempt to ship all items within two business days of receipt of payment. However, we may at times have certain items on backorder from our suppliers. If one of your items are backordered, we will notify you of the estimated ship date.
For Hit 1 Out Custom Bats orders, in stock items will ship within two business days of receipt of payment. If your bat is backordered, we will build your model within two business days and ship it three business days later (after the finish has cured properly).
All shipping times are based on your choice of delivery and the US Postal Service delivery timeframe to your address from our location in Brighton, MA.
You may purchase insurance from USPS to guarantee your shipment will arrive as it left our location. With insurance, all claims will be handled immediately by the USPS.
Returns Information
We inspect all items for quality and completeness before they ship from our location. If your order is damaged or incomplete, please contact us within seven business days. We will inspect the order and determine the proper resolution. If the problem was ours, we will refund your money or exchange the item. We want you to be satisfied. If you have insurance, you may place a claim with the USPS.
If you wish to return an item you ordered by mistake, there will be a 20% restocking fee with a minimum of $5.00. You must also ship the item at your expense with insurance. Any custom items may not be returned.
